Returns and Shipping




Not sure which model to choose?  No problem!  Simply purchase any model directly from the website (you can use our Feel Selector for a recommendation) and if you decide within 30 days that you would rather have a different feel, we will swap it with the model of your choice FOR FREE! 

Simply contact us with your order details and swap choice and we will ship the new putter to you with a return label.  Place your first putter in the box, apply the return label, and send back.  

Limit one swap per order.  Swaps must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Swaps are valid for Sierra 101 models only - Century Edition not included.  Swap program is limited to purchases from our online store only. Purchases from demo days, other websites and retail partners are not eligible for swaps.  


If you think you might be swapping, we ask that you keep the head cover on your Sentio putter at all times (except when putting, of course) to keep it looking its best.  Swaps will not be honored for lost, stolen, or manhandled putters.



We stand by the quality of our product, and we are confident you will love your Sentio putter as much as we do.  However, if you aren't satisfied with your Sentio putter, ship it back to us and you'll be eligible to receive a refund up to the full purchase amount*.  

First, you must contact us at info@sentiogolf to obtain a return processing number, which is required to initiate all returns.  Do not ship products directly to Sentio Golf without first contacting us and obtaining a processing number.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Return shipping must be postmarked within 30 days of original delivery date or refund will not be granted.  

Return policy is limited to purchases from only. Purchases from demo days, other websites and retail partners are neither returnable nor eligible for refund from Sentio. Returns and refunds may not be allowed with some promotions.

*Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.  Amount of refund is dependent on condition of returned goods and is at the sole discretion of Sentio Golf.  Refunds will not be provided for lost or stolen goods.  Proof of ownership may be required to process a refund.  All decisions are final.


We will ship anywhere in the world. For shipments outside the US - all import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

For domestic orders we ship using UPS Ground as our standard option, which usually takes less than 5 days to arrive once shipped.  If you require a faster shipping option, just let us know in the notes section of the checkout and we will inform you of the cost to upgrade to overnight service.  Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We inspect every putter prior to packaging for shipment and pack all our putters with care by hand at our facility in Massachusetts.
